John has been servicing my 26year old air conditioning unit for the last
3-4years...basically keeping it running until it was time to get a new one! When it was tiI wasn’t going to have anyone else replace it...John has always been honest and goes out of his way to help you! John replaced our new unit a few months ago promptly, competitively priced and professionally...he said he would come out when it starting getting warm outside just to make sure it was charged and working to our satisfaction.
Sure enough I received a text from John last Tuesday asking if he could come by and dial in everything since it was going to be in the 80’s he came by that Thursday and it’s working perfectly!! I also got a follow up text a few days later to make sure it was working!!! Not only great customer service...but he really cares about his customers!

Competitive Mechanical Solutions came out the day I called them when my AC/Heater Roof Pac was no longer working. Their diagnosis was quick and they repaired my roof AC/Heater unit. Two other company's came out and condemned the 40 year old roof unite as unrepeatable. The estimated cost of the repair according to them was $10,000-$15,000. Love the honesty! He is for the people. We had a brand new unit installed and a year later a part broke. I contacted the original installer thinking it was warrantied and they said it would be a $3,000 fix!! Called Johnny and he assured me the part I needed was under warranty. I sent him the product information and he reached out to the manufacture and got the warrantied part. It only cost me a quarter of what the other company was going to charge me. HIGHLY recommend this company.

GREAT company to work with! Being a property management company during this time of year we have lots of property's with AC issues. Johnny is great about contacting the tenants quickly and scheduling with them. Provides before and after photos and updates us on the status. Again GREAT company to work with.

My A/C stopped working and I called around to several local companies and all were outrageously overpriced until a friend of mine recommended John from Competitive Mechanical Solutions. John was very professional and explained in detail why the system stopped working and gave me a reasonable price for repairs. John always showed up on time and always cleaned up after himself when he was done. My A/C is now working great and John followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working good. Excellent service! It’s nice knowing I can trust Johnny to not overcharge me for any services. First hot day here my AC unit went down..he came as soon as he could and fixed the problem without breaking my bank account. Would recommend over and over again.

My A/C unit had a leak and they came over right away and was able to find the leak and fix it right away. The price was great and even friendly service. Very professional company that I would recommend to anyone
